Rice paper for decoupage from ABstudio imported from Poland. Christmas Victorian Houses, Trees and Winter Landscapes, Ornament Rounds and Squares, No. 2171.
34-35 gsm / high quality print.
Desing area: 200mm x 280mm.
ABstudio watermark visible only online. The prints have no watermark.
Rice paper is the best of all types of materials for beginners because it is translucent, elastic and very delicate to the touch. Rice paper is thin and very durable and flexible, easy to apply to any surface of the object without visible wrinkles. Just a little glue to decoupage, and the paper will nicely hold the surface. On some rice papers, fibers are visible which do not interfere with gluing, on the contrary, the glass looks very original.
Perfect to use in decoupage. Can be used also for scrapbooking, card making, collage.
For Best Results:
Paint the surface with a light or white colored background so the image will show against the transparency of the paper.
Apply a layer of decoupage medium to the surface, then place the paper. If you are covering a large area, it is best to do it a section at a time.
Once the paper is positioned correctly, apply another layer of glue over the top.
Let top layer fully dry before applying a second coat of decoupage medium or varnish.
Do not touch your rice paper when it is wet.
Use a soft brush with flat / wide bristles.
