Handcrafted Holiday Traditions presents a shabby chic, mixed media, decoupage Cross plaque.

This beautiful piece is made from laser cut MDF and measures 7" X 10".  It consists of a 2 layered cross with a center overlay heart. I have decoupaged a Nativity Scene and Holy Family with a fine line crackle varnish. I have surrounded the heart with a gold tone ball chain.  Molded Clay Baroque style embellishments are added for a vintage affect.  

The bottom cross MDF layer is painted blue with another layer that has been decoupaged with a glue and gold background.  

Gold metallic wax is applied to the edges.  The back is stenciled with Gold Deluxe paste.  I've added a layered blue and gold organza ribbon bow.

I have added a hanger on the back for wall display if desired.
